You Buy We Clean does not accept any form of liability for any loss or damage of your item during postal transit other then the amount you have paid for the service that we offer and you choose for your item.

You Buy We Clean works very throughly to make sure we offer the best possible service, however we can not guarantee the removal of all stains or stains that may become more apparent after cleaning. 

At all times You Buy We Clean will try our best to keep the item as near to the original as possible.

During the re-colouring process You Buy We Clean can not guarantee that any stitching or surrounding areas will remain untouched.
