- Once we recieve your item we will begin your service.
- Once completed, we will contact you to organise a day to return your item(s).

How Long Does It Take?
- All services take around 3 - 7 Days - Some may take more depending on the amount of work required. We will let know when we recieve your items.
- Bags - We will advise you on your bag timeframe, as each job is quoted individually.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If you cancel your order prior to posting items to us we can offer a full refund.
You can't cancel your order if we have already recieved you items, as the cleaning process will have been started.

Do You Offer Discount's On Bulk Cleans?
Yes, we can provide a personal quote if you want to get all your shoes cleaned at once. Contact our team on youbuyweclean@outlook.com and we can provide a personal quotation for a bulk clean.
